Job Specification

We are a US based company with strong South African roots. Our business started in Joburg in 2005 and later moved to the USA. We are now building out our engineering office’s in Cape Town (Century City) and Joburg (Greenstone Hill) to support our US operations and customers.

Key Responsibilities
• 1st and 2nd level support for remote mining and construction customers.
• Network support and monitoring
• Remote server support and monitoring
• Routine maintenance on remote systems
• Telephone, email and chat support for industrial users
• Reporting
• Escalation to 3rd level support
• Escalation to OEM support, where available
Skills & Qualifications
• IT, Network certification or Degree.
• 1+ years experience
